The Bartender is responsible for bartending duties. These will be at a variety of functions and in different areas or facilities of Canada Olympic Park.
General Duties:
• Ensure opening inventory is correct; add any transfers and ensure closing inventory is accurately counted and recorded.

• Keep the front bar clean.
• Check glassware for cleanliness before its use.
• Leave glassware in a clean condition.

Reporting to the Sr. Business Systems Manager, the Business Systems Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the support of the internal users of WinSport's reservation and point-of-sale applications. Responsibilities
• Provides application support to users of the point-of-sale and reservation systems
• Handle day-to-day reporting requests from various departments
• Create reports and queries utilizing Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports
• Ensures accuracy of the content and revenue reporting from the POS systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to application setup and usage
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure peripheral devices related to the POS systems are functioning properly and well maintained

Qualifications

Scope of Position
As a team member within the Academy department, the Mountain Division Coordinator will play a role in being part of Canada's leader in developing and sustaining world-caliber winter sport training.
Reporting to the Performance Manager of the Academy Division, this position is responsible for providing a point of contact on- and off-hill. This position will play an intricate role in providing support to external and internal programs to ensure there is a strong component of communication and administration, along with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Provide a point of contact with parents, athletes, clients, external user groups and provide information in regards to programming, schedules and any other general information
• Coordinate schedules of all academy programs
• Maintain social media links for the Academy Mountain division

• Arena Level 1or Equivalent Provincial Ticket
• 5th class power engineering
• Fork Lift operations ticket

Scope of Position:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Shift Lead, Food & Beverage to join our team. The Shift Lead is responsible for the well being of the shift crew as well the customers. The position prepares and serves food for retail food outlets according to standardized procedures.
Responsibilities could include, but will not be limited to:
• Open and close the outlet according to standard procedures
• Oversees shift crew of approximately no more than 5 people
• Prepare funds for deposit
• Prepare food, clean utensils and equipment and report equipment malfunctions
• Take and fill food orders in exchange for the proper amount of money, make correct change as necessary
• Maintain the worksite in a neat and clean fashion
• Provide friendly, courteous service and offer information to guests about WinSport Canada and the entire WinSport Canada organization
• Perform other related duties as required from time to time
The ideal candidate will have:

Scope of Position
As a team member within the Academy department, the Team Services Assistant will play a role in being part of Canada's leader in developing and sustaining world-caliber winter sport training.
Reporting to the Admin Lead of the Academy, this position is responsible for the day to day administrative duties involved with the Academy, including payroll, sales, invoicing, collecting fees, attending meetings, bookings, facilitating and maintaining communication with staff and guests as well as general club assistance.

Therefore, the Team Services Assistant is required to display the following values; excellence, integrity, respect, sportsmanship, teamwork, safety and customer focus.
Responsibilities
• Assist in club events such as races, meetings and competitions
• Create and distribute information documents for club participants
• Create and maintain club contact list
• Work with registration software (Resort Suite) in detail
• Create travel invoices and assist in the tracking of travel
• Assist admin lead with team travel budgets (i.e., breakdown of costs, tracking travel payments/collecting payments and ensuring recoveries are balanced with expenses)
• Collect and submit registrations for club competitions
• Collect registration, competition, coaching and other fees
• Input and manage coach schedules for payroll
• Assist Admin lead with financial templates and tracking
• Coordinate airbag and trampoline bookings, invoicing and staffing
• Enter monthly statistics for user groups and facility usage
• Tabulate and submit expense reports and cheque requisitions to Academy Admin Lead by every cheque run
• Obtain results for every competition and track in results database
• Train guest service staff at the start of each season regarding Academy club programs and registration
• Process and register all payment plans including travel payment plans
• Coordinate van use requests for all teams
• Coordinate all mountain trips, competitions, travel requests, reciprocals, and parent meetings for Academy club programs
• Complete required information for athlete profiles
• External clubs
• Update master document
• Manage bookings and facility booking requests in master calendar
• Create invoices for club training fee and track payments
• Update training applications, and training policies and procedures according to changes made by Mountain division coordinator
• Monthly statistics on hill usage for external user groups
• Assist Admin lead with any other tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused
• Accounting, cash handling and invoicing experience ideal
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Flexibility to work an adaptive schedule
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
