Ice Booking Procedures

Please follow the steps below to book ice times for your sport group at the Markin MacPhail Centre at Canada Olympic Park.

View rental information to confirm the rates and classification (PDF) that applies to your booking request
Check the availability of Arenas by viewing the schedules
Fill out and submit the ice booking form below.
Ice scheduler will review the request and follow up. You will be asked to provide a Credit Card at this time to hold on the booking. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will propose alternate ice times as per availability.
Return the signed rental contract to confirm the booking.

This is a booking request only, and not confirmation of booking. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for confirmation, depending on volume of requests or nature of booking. Contact (403) 247-5492 for additional information.
