Podium Pushers - Ages 5 to 7, LTAD Fundamentals/Skier Essentials

The Podium Pusher team is the first step and most important club in our club model accepting 5 - 7 year olds to continue their ski progression in a season long program. Entry level race development and ski improvement will create a skiing foundation that will set young ski careers off on the right foot.
- Start Date: January 8 or 9, 9 consecutive 2.5 hr lessons
- Sessions: Sundays 9:30 am - 12:00 pm or Mondays 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Nancy Greene Freeride - Ages 7 to 10, LTAD Learn to Train

The exciting world of ski racing is right at your doorstep in Nancy Greene Freeride. The focus for these skiers is to enjoy themselves on the slopes while picking up essential skills that they will need to ski race and to attack ski hills the rest of their careers.

Nancy
Greene Team - Ages 7 to 11, LTAD Learn/Train to Train

The NG Team was created to give young Nancy Greeners an opportunity to race in local races around the province representing their club. Our coaches will prepare their groups to attend these races with confidence and enthusiasm. Also included is one mountain day, Alberta Alpine memberships and extended season by one week.

Kinder Race Team - Ages 9 to 12, LTAD Train to Train

The next step in ski racing is our kinder team. Under the guidance of our experienced race coaching staff, this group will train with speed and technical development in mind at COP and surrounding resorts. Kinders will also attend NG and Regional Alberta races. Dryland training is available at an additional cost (see Dryland options).

K1/K2 Racing - Ages 11 to 14, LTAD Learn to Compete
|
This full-season program will further improve and refine your gate, freeskiing, and all-mountain training. This group will attend Regional Races and participate in mountain training or events every weekend. Fall dryland sessions are included. Race equipment required.

COP Ski Cross Team - Ages 11 to 16, intermediate to advanced skiers

This rising sport has everyone's attention and this program is willing to fully participate in the training and competition resources of ski cross. Attending races at Lake Louise and training on our fulltime track these groups will have everything they need to fuel the fire that is ski cross.
