Did you know that Canada Olympic Park has a wetlands area on the property? Did you know that there was one of the largest archaeological digs in Alberta took place right here at the Park? Did you know that the glacier that has been standing alone for thousands of years?

Come out and see how science, history, social studies, outdoor education and health studies educators are taking advantage of Canada Olympic Park's excellent learning environment. Several times per year, teachers are invited to come for a tour and see the learning environment we have to offer. After the tour you will have all the tools you need to take your class on your very own walk through time!

The Eastlands – Student Tour

This is a self-guided adventure for teachers who have taken the Teacher Tour - the Eastlands at the Park. The program will allow teachers to tailor the Eastlands to the learning objectives that work best for them. Attendees enjoy a morning or afternoon in the outdoors enjoying all the amazing opportunities that await them in the Eastlands at the Park.
  • Prerequisite: Teacher tour – the Eastlands at the Park
  • May to June, September to October
  • Suitable for grades 1 to 12
  • Cost: $100 per group
