Snow checks will be issued when conditions at Canada Olympic Park do not meet our guests' expectations within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. 

If the chairlifts or magic carpets are not operational for more than 30 minutes, a snow check will be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued on a snow check.

Cancellations between 14 and 2 days prior to the program start date where a doctor's certificate is provided will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee.

Cancellations between 14 and 2 days prior to the program start date where a doctor's certificate is not provided will be credited to the purchaser's account less a $20.00 processing fee.

Program transfers and rescheduling will only be accepted up to 2 days prior to the program start date.

In the event that WinSport Canada is required to cancel programs, a program credit will be provided.
Credits will be kept on the purchaser's account for one calendar year.

Cancellations between 14 and 3 days prior to program start date will be credited to the purchaser's account less a $20.00 processing fee.

Program transfers will only be accepted up to 3 days prior to the program start date. No transfers will be allowed within 3 days of the program start date.

In the event that WinSport Canada cancels any activity a credit will be provided towards a future program product unless the purchaser wishes to reschedule.

Credits will be kept on the purchaser's file for one calendar year.

Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.

The Refund Insurance purchase price is non-refundable and all Season Passes are non-transferable.

Refund Insurance for family passes covers all members of the pass. No refunds will be given for individual family members.
