WinSport Canada's continuing legacy from the 1988 Winter Games is to provide ongoing support to Canada's athletes to help them achieve their goals and dreams of becoming an Olympian. From our student-athletes at the National Sport School to the current national team members and development athletes working through Canada's sport system, they all need financial support to continue to put themselves and Canada at the forefront of all competition.

WinSport Canada is seeking your support for National Sport School athletes. The National Sport School provides a flexible educational environment for select high-performance male and female student-athletes from both summer and winter Olympic sports. By combining the latest in technology with a supportive individualized program, the school is able to meet the needs of young high-performance athletes who spend most of their time training and competing in different locations around the world.
With your donation, scholarships and technical support will be provided so that deserving athletes can enroll in the program and receive a level of support required to achieve academic success.
WinSport Canada is seeking financial assistance to sponsor young development-level athletes training at Camp Green on Farnham Glacier High-Performance Training Facility. Designed to boost Canada's performance in alpine ski, freestyle ski and snowboard events at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, Camp Green provides athletes with the opportunity to train on-snow at home during the summer months. Traditionally, summer training has been in the Southern Hemisphere or on European glaciers. Training at home allows for the training environment to be controlled, and for athletes to train during optimum periods.
Your donation will help us to provide and maintain this training facility in Canada that will give our athletes a ‘home advantage’, allowing them the opportunity to compete on a level playing field with the world's best.
